Grown in the Ponderland gardens, Talan harvests, garbles, dehydrates, and bottles it himself (well his Dad sometimes helps!) He waits for just the right moment when the flavor is at its peak, and that’s when he goes in. The leaves are gently crushed by hand, not powdered with machines, to preserve those vibrant flavors held in the leaf.
