Welcome! Before booking your session, please take a moment to read these simple guidelines. They’re here to help our time together flow smoothly, set clear expectations, and honor the care that goes into preparing for each consultation.

Upon purchase, you will receive a scheduling link. All sessions must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase. If I don’t hear from you to schedule within that time, or if you miss your appointment, your session and payment will unfortunately be forfeited.

I pour time and attention into every session, often beginning to review your intake and prepare notes well before we meet. Because of this preparation, all consultation sales are final and non‑refundable.

If you need to reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. With notice, I’ll gladly shift your time when possible.
